Founded by New York development veteran Daniel Vislocky, Station Companies is a real estate and development group based in New York City. We combine systematic planning with attention to detail, bringing great delivery and design in every project we lead. Across a wide variety of asset classes and investment types - from luxury condominiums and urban townhomes to industrial and retail - we consistently bring projects from acquisition through to successful stabilization or disposition.

Daniel has a proven track record in New York real estate, successfully leading more than twenty projects costing over $100 million with annual returns over 25%. Before founding Station Companies in 2016, he was a partner at Atkins & Breskin, where he oversaw all of their development projects including the successful redevelopments of several historic buildings such as the Paperbox Building in Flatiron and the Spice Warehouse in Soho. Dan holds a B.A. in Urban Development from Arizona State University.
